Success!
Hello! I’m writing from Memorial Sloan Kettering to say that we got the tumors out without incident! Dr Singer and his team removed the two 4 cm tumors, and they found and removed two small nodules that are hopefully scar tissue. We’ll know when we get the pathology report.
I’m feeling ok! Managing the pain pretty well. Experiencing some nausea when I move around and still not ingesting much, but hopefully my system will wake up in the next day or so. I’ve heard the food is really good here, so let’s hope I can enjoy it soon!
Major shout out to Tessa and Richie for the support getting here. Definitely feeling the rainbow love! And thanks to our friend Natalie from Tacoma for the wig!
Had 2 visitors today, James and Alison! So great to see you both!
Will send an update later in the week. In the meantime check out my niece Brooklyn’s dance moves. “Wheels on the bus” is her signature move:
Thank you all so much for the love and support,
Molly
Out, damned tumors, out, she says and just like that, they are gone!! Great, wonderful, and lot of other good exclamations buttressed by the dance moves that made me laugh out loud. Love and hugs from Pgh to you.
